DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to you, but we also rely on third party companies to deliver your goods, and breakages can happen from time to time. If you receive a damaged item from us - please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. In the unlikely event of this happening please inform us immediately, quoting your order number and a photograph of the damage, and we will look into it.
All items are sent on a Royal Mail or tracked parcel delivery service.
Our UK Standard Delivery of £4.00
Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour, signed for service, please allow 3-5 working days from when you place your order for your Standard delivery order to arrive.
Our UK Next Day Delivery of £5.95
Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour, signed for service please note orders received after 1pm will be shipped the next working days. All orders for the Next Day serviced received before 1pm will be shipped same day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will ship on Friday and arrive on the next working day, which is Monday.

Other International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.
We recommend you check your country's import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before receiving your order. If you are unsure please do reach out to us at info@yaa-asamoah.com
Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.
Orders placed on a Friday afternoon after 12pm, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day, which is Monday.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know at
info@yaa-asamoah.com, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 21 days of receipt, ensuring you repackage the returns appropriately to prevent any damage occurring in transit. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days. Our policy lasts 21 days and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following goods are exempt from being returned: Earrings
* We are unable to offer returns on earrings by law, unless faulty.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as obvious signs of use and any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of any returns. Items can only be returned if they're in perfect condition, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition.
* Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item.
In all circumstances we strongly advise you to use a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
Items bought from the website can also be returned to the store for a refund - please allow up to 7 working days for the money to reach your account. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Exchange
Please contact us via email if you wish to exchange an item.
Please note if we do not have the size or colour you have requested for the exchange, we will send you an email notification and automatically issue a refund for the returned item. Customers will be charged for all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange. We will be in contact to arrange for delivery costs to be paid before the item is shipped.
